My husband has been a 100% disabled Veteran since 1991, New Jersey has stipulations of “wartime” in serving a time in wartime era, and that is the only way you get disability of 100%. My husband was a veteran from 1979 to 1983 Airforce got hurt, but not in war time era. Is there a new law for New Jersey homeowners that we don’t have to pay our township taxes if he is 100% disabled veteran as it is stated only on his paperwork, but no war time.
House Bill 3613 is this a new law for 100% disabled veterans? Let me know please really would appreciate this, my husband and I are on a fixed income and live pay check to pay check, Im the only one working as his wife.
