I am a 10% Service Connected Peacetime Permanent and Total Disabled Vet too. I also am a one income family since my husband died over 10 years ago. I am trying to raise my two kids and hold on to the only home they know and the home that their dad died in, House Bill 3613 would help me to hold on to my home. Right now I am paying almost $600.00 a month in property taxes.
Please pass a Law like House Law 3613 in NJ.

To Whom It May concern

My husband has been a 100% disabled Veteran since 1991, New Jersey has stipulations of "wartime" in serving a time in wartime era, and that is the only way you get disability of 100%. My husband was a veteran from 1979 to 1983 Airforce got hurt, but not in war time era. Is there a new law for New Jersey homeowners that we don't have to pay our township taxes if he is 100% disabled veteran as it is stated only on his paperwork, but no war time.
House Bill 3613 is this a new law for 100% disabled veterans? Let me know please really would appreciate this, my husband and I are on a fixed income and live pay check to pay check, Im the only one working as his wife.

Thanks Carolyn
